Our Turnaround Time
Our Turnaround Time is 5-7 Business Days
Turnaround may fluctuate depending on your order & how busy we are.
We develop by hand & hang dry our film so it takes longer than most labs with machines.
Weekday Drop-offs after 6pm are received/processed the following day.
Weekend Drop-offs are received/processed the following Monday.

As much as we would like your extra money to expedite, we care more about staying on schedule with our current orders and keeping ALL of our customers happy with our services with timely turnaround.

We return your negatives if you want them back.

Dust Removal
We remove scanned dust from your negatives.
You receive clean digital photo scans via WeTransfer link to your email provided.
You will never receive scans that are obviously super dusty. We will rescan and deliver the cleanest possible scan. This service is if you don't want ANY dust in your scans.
We'll take the time and do the work for you.

Color-Grade Scans
We edit and color-grade your scans for you.
There is always room to edit the color on your film.
Some people like to edit the color on their scans themselves.
Others like the look of scans straight out of the scanner without any changes.

Auto-Color Scans
You receive scans straight out of the scanner. Color is not modified.
There is always room to edit the color on your film.

Half Frame Scans
Double the Photos? Double the Scans :(
Scanning & Editing half-frame is a lot more tedious than full frame scans.
But we'll take care of it. We might need an extra day for delivery.
You receive Diptych Scans (Two Frames in One) & Single Frame Scans.

Hi-Resolution Scans
Our Regular File Size for 35mm & 110 Film Upon Delivery
is 3000 pixels (Long Edge)
We offer Hi-Res/Full Resolution Scans for 35mm & 110 Film Formats from a 45MP Camera Scan at ~8191x5464 pixels.
Your choice of JPEG or TIFF File.
Handling Hi-Res Files takes up more memory and computing power, which can slow down our overall computing process.
We might need an extra day for delivery.

120 Film is Delivered as Full-Resolution JPEG Files By Default

Blank Rolls
Accidents happen to everyone, including experienced shooters.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds if your roll of film turns out blank since we still take the long process to develop it.
But we will scan your next roll you develop with us on the house.
